The commandant general of Vigilante Group of Nigeria, Dr Abubakar Umar Bakori fss dss Navy Captain rtd. has been honoured with fellow of International Institute of Professional Security IIPS on February 28th, 2022.
The International Institute of professional security IIPS was established on 5th of December, 2006 pursuant to CAP C20,2004 Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to certify security practitioners in Nigeria and internationally.
Letter of Induction
According to the letter of induction, Dr Abubakar Umar Bakori fss dss Navy Captain rtd. was considered for induction based on his immense contributions to the development of national security and in addition to his intellectual acumen.
In the same vein, Dr Abubakar Umar Bakori fss dss Navy Captain rtd. commissioned the office of the marine department of Vigilante Group of Nigeria to further improve the security architecture of the group across Nigeria.
